RoutePlanner is a highway trip planner, designed to help you determine the best way to drive from one place to another.
RoutePlanner's license is more-or-less the same as the MIT/X Consortium license and the "old" Python license. You are free to modify, use, and redistribute the software so long as you retain the copyright notice. RoutePlanner is an example of "free" software under the Debian Free Software Guidelines.
RoutePlanner is distributed as part of the Debian GNU/Linux operating system in the routeplanner and routeplanner-gnome packages. It is also available as an RPM and in tar.gz format from SourceForge.
